Owners of property often require strategies to manage their property portfolios that includes stock profiling and condition surveys in order to identify and prioritise the maintenance and capital work repair works that are required over a specific time frame that includes costed data for financial/budgetary management. Additionally, allows all stakeholders to understand the property portfolio.
