Our Founder

Our building surveying team have a construction knowledge base, having worked for many years on refurbishment, repair, improvement and new build projects.

Our Managing Director is Danielle Brooke BSc MRICS MPTS MFPWS, a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1990 having worked for many years on such projects, plus more traditional building surveying services.

Danielle has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1990 (MRICS), and also the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS) and the Pyramus and Thisbe Society.

For many years she has delivered outside seminars on Building Defects and Party Walls, two of her particular specialisms.
